Position: Pastry Chef

Requirements:
Design and prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts.
Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards.
Manage inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of all baking equipment and work areas.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
Train and mentor kitchen staff on pastry techniques and processes.
Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
Creativity and attention to detail in presentation and taste.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
