Position: Food & Beverage Manager (Dining Room)
About: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our restaurant’s daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the Event Director to plan and execute special events. Requirements:
Manage the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure seamless service.
Oversee employee scheduling and deployment to maintain operational efficiency.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with the Event Director to plan and execute memorable events.
Monitor inventory levels, including food and beverage supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and fire codes.
Analyze sales projections and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
Qualifications:
