Requirements:
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new menu items and ensure consistent quality.
Manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations during all shifts.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering ingredients and supplies as needed.
Monitor food preparation processes to ensure compliance with established recipes and standards.
Provide training and mentorship to kitchen staff to support their growth and success.
Assist in maintaining food cost controls and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
