Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; capability to handle merchandise efficiently and lift up to 44 pounds; reliable attendance; ability to work in varying environmental conditions and remain mobile during shifts.
