Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement; Ability to communicate effectively and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment; Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; Capability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment; Physical ability to handle merchandise, including lifting up to 44 pounds, climbing ladders, and standing for the duration of a shift; Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
