Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency preferred; ability to communicate effectively, work independently and with a team, resolve guest questions promptly, pay attention to detail, remain composed in a fast-paced environment, handle cash register operations, climb ladders, and lift or move merchandise efficiently; flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; capability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile throughout shifts
