Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in management or leadership preferred; experience in customer service preferred; ability to provide a unique experience to our customers and team members; lead with a food safety culture that exceeds company standards in food quality, food safety practices, and cleanliness; recognize team members for a job well done at each shift; delegate responsibilities to your star-studded team and ensure they exceed guest expectations; possess opening, mid, or closing routines for your shift and set the next shift up for success; excellent customer service experience and the ability to communicate efficiently; position may involve walking, bending, turning, stretching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds; evening, weekend, and holiday availability is a plus; must be at least 18 years old
