Position: General Manager-Store – XtraMart

Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel setting preferred; Experience in staff selection, training, and management; Proficiency in labor allocation, sales growth, scheduling, and expense management; Ability to lead and develop team members effectively; Physical ability to perform various tasks throughout shifts including lifting up to 50 lbs
