Position: General Manager – Store – XtraMart

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; leadership experience in a retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred; experience in staff selection, training, and management; proficiency in labor allocation, sales building, and expense management; ability to coach and develop team members; physical agility to handle shift requirements; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; at least 18 years old; 1-2 years of supervisory experience
