Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred; experience in staff selection, training, and management; proficiency in labor allocation, sales building, scheduling, and expense management; ability to lead and develop teams effectively; physical ability to perform various tasks repetitively and lift up to 50 lbs
