Position: General Manager – Retail Food Service
About: Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a General Manager of Retail to oversee multiple retail locations and catering operations at BrownHealth (formerly Lifespan). The General Manager of Retail plans, administers, and directs multiple managers and their activities related to retail and catering operations, ensuring compliance with established standards and fostering effective client relationships.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Retail Food Service Management experience required; Marketing, merchandising, and cash handling experience required; Preferring multi-outlet experience (Cafeteria, Coffee Shop/Kiosk, C-Store, Grab & Go); Solid computer skills required, including experience implementing or maintaining retail technology; Strong financial acumen required; Food Safety and Sanitation knowledge essential; Ability to provide a high level of customer service critical to success; Experience managing a union workforce is a plus; NOTE: This client location requires all individuals working on-site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before the start date as well as other vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Flu).
