Position: General Manager – Pontchartrain Hotel
About: Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a General Manager to lead Pontchartrain Hotel and its team of hospitality enthusiasts. The General Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, financial plans, sales targets, staff recruitment and training, customer service, event coordination, maintenance supervision, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, the role involves acting as a brand storyteller and delivering inspirational service in collaboration with colleagues.
Requirements: Previous experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager at a similar size and type of hotel; Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred. Ability to communicate effectively, lead a team, attention to detail, financial savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office products.
