Position: General Manager – Operating Partner
About: Café Zupas, a restaurant chain founded in 2004 with over 55 kitchens across 8 states, is seeking a General Manager – Operating Partner to join their team. Café Zupas offers house-made soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts prepared daily on-site, promoting a culture that values team members and guests above all else.
Requirements: 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry; available to work a five-day set schedule; strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team; detail-oriented, growth-minded, and a self-starter; enthusiastic, positive, and driven; enjoys a fast-paced environment; adaptable to new processes and systems
