Position: General Manager of Restaurant Operations
About: The Connor Group General Managers are considered the quarterbacks of the business, driving force behind the success, responsible for motivating the team, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and maintaining profitability at the property.
Requirements: Exceptional base compensation determined by skillset and experience; Performance based bonuses averaging $50k-$60k per year; Outstanding 401(k) program with company match up to 9%; Medical and dental premiums 100% paid on day one for employee and family; Holidays and paid time off; Structured schedule of 50-55hrs/week, weekend availability required; Ability to earn equity ownership in the company through The Connor Group’s partnership program – projected to be worth over $2 million in 20 years.
