Position: General Manager of Restaurant Operations
About: The Connor Group General Managers are considered the leaders of the company, responsible for motivating their team and ensuring exceptional customer experience and profitability. The role involves managing and holding the team accountable, with a structured work schedule and potential for equity ownership through The Connor Group’s program.
Requirements: High accountability and leadership skills; proven track record of results; ability to manage bill-pay, expenses, and P&L statements; experience in sales management and customer service; capability to motivate and develop team members; willingness to work weekends and put in 50-55 hours per week.
