Requirements: 2+ years of FOH Management experience at a 2 or 3-starred Michelin establishment REQUIRED; Proven leadership and operational experience in luxury dining environments; Comprehensive knowledge of food, beverage, and cost control strategies; Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and reservation management software; Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and team mentoring abilities; Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a commitment to fostering team collaboration
