Requirements: 7+ years of strategy and operations experience including P&L oversight, developing growth strategies, and managing teams focused on experiential execution; Seasoned manager who has overseen and grown teams of 5+; Deep experience in producing live events and activations (music or otherwise); Fluent cross-functional communicator; Strong playbook for local activations and managing revenue-driving operations in the greater Los Angeles area; Closely tied into the events and live experiences world in Los Angeles
