Position: General Manager II
About: HMSHost, a leading provider of dining for travel venues, is seeking a dedicated General Manager II to oversee a complex QSR or Casual Dine Restaurant with annual sales generally exceeding $4M. The GMII plays a key role in ensuring operational and financial excellence, leading the restaurant team with discretion and judgment to drive success and uphold high standards.
Requirements: GMIIs must have documented and demonstrated skills managing restaurants (QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service, etc.) with at least 3 years of P&L management experience and 5-7 years overall restaurant experience. Team management, delegation, issue resolution skills, knowledge of HMSHost policies and products, and the ability to comprehend instructions and converse comfortably are essential for this role.
