Position: General Manager II
About: Ecco HMSHost at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, located in Concourse F at 6000 North Terminal Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30337, offers an opportunity for a General Manager II (GMII) to oversee a complex QSR or Casual Dine Restaurant or small cluster of restaurants with annual sales generally exceeding $4M. The GMII plays a vital role in maintaining high operational and financial standards, ensuring the restaurant’s cleanliness, staff management, and overall success in a dynamic airport environment.
Requirements: GMIIs must have at least 3 years of documented experience in restaurant P&L management for QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service restaurants, with a total of 5-7 years of relevant restaurant experience; graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for a portion of the experience requirement; proficiency in team management, delegation, issue resolution, and multitasking; strong knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, service, and operations standards; effective communication skills including the ability to comprehend instructions, policies, and menus.
