Position: General Manager I

The General Manager I (GM) position oversees the operational and financial success of the restaurant, ensuring it is clean, staffed, and operates to high standards.
Requirements: GMIs must have documented and demonstrated skills managing restaurants, with at least 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience and 5-7 years of overall restaurant experience. Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for experience. Demonstrated team management, delegation, issue resolution skills, and knowledge of hospitality standards are required.
