Position: General Manager High-Rise Condominium
About: As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire on-site operation and managing working relationships with all departments to meet company objectives. Partner with Regional Directors and Board of Directors to implement projects and provide quality service to customers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 7-10+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction; Must be Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM); Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows; Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
