The Restaurant General Manager position is responsible for all aspects of managing the assigned restaurants, providing direction and leadership, and ensuring operational and financial goals are met while prioritizing customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Two (2) years of prior experience managing an Asian restaurant; Previous experience in managing high-volume fine dining Asian restaurant; Experience approving weekly payroll; Proper accounting and reconciliation of point of sale systems; Knowledge of P&L, restaurant optimization, labor management; Set policies and processes; Knowledge of Mandarin preferred
