Position: General Manager, Clark’s Houston
About: McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality is a renowned hospitality company led by Liz Lambert, Larry McGuire, and Tom Moorman. They are dedicated to creating exceptional dining and retail experiences with a focus on storytelling, attention to detail, and quality service. The company owns and manages various hotels including the Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans and is currently expanding with new projects in Texas, Colorado, and California.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field preferred; at least three years of progressive management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in boutique or upscale dining establishments; proficiency in English required, fluency in Spanish preferred; strong communication, leadership, and financial acumen skills; ability to work full-time with flexibility for all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
