About: Freehand Los Angeles, a unique hotel located in the historic Commercial Exchange building in downtown Los Angeles, is seeking a Rooftop General Manager to join their dynamic team. The property offers a variety of accommodations, including suites, premium hotel rooms, and shared spaces, all designed by Roman & Williams. Freehand Los Angeles integrates with the local community through events and activations at venues like the Broken Shaker rooftop bar, Rudolph’s Bar & Tea, The Exchange Restaurant, and Cafe Integral, providing guests with an authentic urban experience.
Requirements: Reports to Hotel GM; Oversees F&B Management team; Orders liquor and beverage; Manages programming and activations; Ensures quality of product and menu offerings; Communicates with marketing team; Controls payroll and cost of sales; Ensures compliance with statutory legislation; Builds and trains efficient team; Experience in Bars and Restaurants management; Passion for local Food and Drink concepts; Eligibility to work in the US
