Position: General Manager (Bilingual)

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries; operations experience in a leadership capacity; excellent verbal and written communication skills; valid and current driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday; ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); background check required; ability to meet the physical demands of the position including remaining in a stationary position, moving and transporting up to 25 pounds, moving about inside and outside of the store, and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
