Position: General Manager (Bilingual)
About: Community Choice Financial, part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success, drive performance, and ensure excellent customer service. This position reports to the District Director of Operations and involves leading marketing efforts, enforcing quality standards, and fostering innovation in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems like Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and vehicle for daily use; at least 18 years of age; background check required; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move around the store, and operate mechanical controls
