Position: General Manager – Bar
About: General Manager of a neighborhood bar on a mission to create a diverse and inclusive workplace, The Bull Moose Bar is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead their team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry; ability to read and review a P&L; ability to streamline work and also get stuff done; strong leadership and communication skills; must be an encouraging manager vocally to the team; ability to have a constructive conversation with staff, good or bad; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of liquor laws and regulations; a passion for providing excellent customer service; flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
