Position: General Manager
About: A restaurant seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of its operation, ensuring excellence in service, efficiency, and profitability. The role involves driving the success of the establishment, fostering a positive team culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role; Proven expertise in restaurant financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team; Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills; Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of Latin cuisine and experience in a full-service restaurant is a plus; Must hold or be able to obtain a state liquor service license (if applicable); Must hold or be able to obtain a ServSafe Manager Certification; Average of at least 45 hours per week with open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Attendance at professional development meetings as required by the company; Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
