About: RAMEN-SAN is a neighborhood noodle joint that offers hot broth, ice-cold beer, and a nostalgic ’90s hip-hop atmosphere. With multiple locations in River North, Lincoln Park, Fulton Market, and Streeterville, this culinary-driven company provides lunch, dinner, and late-night dining seven days a week.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of restaurant management experience; 3+ years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant; skilled in leading and developing teams; experienced with inventory and BOH systems
