Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Recreation, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred; current OSHA-approved CPR/AED and first aid certifications required; Certified Pool Operator certification preferred; five or more years of management experience required; American Red Cross Instructor Trainer certification preferred; American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor certification preferred; strong leadership, team management, interpersonal and customer service skills required; ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands; computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required; ability to work effectively with all levels of individuals within HealthFitness and the client organization.
