Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial, a part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success and team performance by setting high standards for customer service and operational excellence. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, this role involves leading marketing efforts, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and fostering growth and innovation in a dynamic retail environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work-related use; must be at least 18 years of age; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
