Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial, part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success and lead a team focused on performance and customer service. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, this role involves coaching and developing team members, overseeing marketing efforts, enforcing quality standards, and maintaining a secure and compliant store environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for work-related use; must be at least 18 years old; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
