Position: General Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field preferred; Administrator’s License/certification may be required; 2-4 years of experience in operations management in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, hospitality, or related fields; previous sales experience preferred; demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and developing team members; proficiency in organizational and time management skills; ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours; valid driver’s license required
