About: CycleBar is a state-of-the-art cycling studio located in Little Rock, offering a premium indoor cycling experience. The company focuses on delivering exceptional fitness experiences and driving sales within the studio, supported by a dedicated CycleBar Experience team and national sales director to uphold their mission of fostering energetic communal experiences.
Requirements: 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience; confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps; ability to manage and drive 2 revenue streams: memberships and retail; fluent in English with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment; affinity and passion for fitness; solid writing and grammar skills; highly organized and proficient in data management; professional, punctual, reliable, and neat; strong attention to detail and accuracy; trustworthy and able to handle confidential information; ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public; proficiency with computers and Studio software
