Position: General Manager
About: Cosentino is seeking a General Manager to join their Distribution Center in Boston, MA. The centers act as a warehouse, brand and product showroom, and sales network dedicated to providing exclusive and high-quality service to clients. The General Manager will oversee sales/profitability, coordinate sales team activities, execute corporate initiatives, maintain service quality, and drive commercial development in the region.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of sales experience; 2+ years in the stone industry; 2+ years of staff management experience; strong knowledge of CRM systems; desired experience with Salesforce and SAP or other Order Management program; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; Master’s degree desired
