Requirements: Proven leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting (QSR experience preferred); Strong ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team; A guest-first mindset, with a focus on quality and service excellence; Solid understanding of business operations, P&L management, and financial performance metrics; Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and make decisions under pressure; Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) and other relevant industry certifications; Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays; Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation
