Requirements: Ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant personnel; ability to speak, write, read, and understand primary languages of the work location; exceptional customer service skills; adaptability and success in a fast-paced environment; previous restaurant management experience; experience as a Chipotle Apprentice; familiarity with OSHA, EEOC, and health department matters; A.A. or B.A./B.S. in a related field; knowledge of and ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
