Position: General Manager
About: Wendy’s is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Wendy’s restaurant, ensuring compliance with Company policies, procedures, and guidelines. The General Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the restaurant team while maintaining a culture of engaged employees and ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and ethical standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in restaurant management preferred; ability to lead, train, and develop staff effectively; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of and ability to implement Company policies and procedures
