About: Wendy’s is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the daily operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant, ensuring adherence to all Company policies, procedures, and systems. The General Manager will lead, select, and develop Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members, fostering an engaged and positive work environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in restaurant management essential; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively; detail-oriented and able to ensure compliance with Company guidelines and legal regulations
