Position: General Manager
About: Lafayette, LA Dairy specific company offering relocation assistance and open to discussing individual needs is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their business. The General Manager will have full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the Lafayette facility, overseeing operations, sales, quality, distribution, and customer service while driving strategic initiatives for growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred; 15+ years of experience in food manufacturing leadership, including P&L responsibility; proven track record in food manufacturing and sales, with retail and food service sector experience; strong leadership and team development skills, with at least 5 years managing cross-functional teams; experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and achieving operational excellence; experience in food manufacturing, preferably in the dairy industry; dairy experience highly preferred.
