Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial, a part of the Family of Brands including TitleMax, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success, team development, and customer service. The General Manager will report to the District Director of Operations and lead marketing efforts, enforce quality standards, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and foster a growth-oriented environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for work; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
