Position: General Manager
About: General Manager position at Community Choice Financial’s Family of Brands, overseeing store success, team performance, and customer service. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, overseeing marketing efforts, maintaining security and quality standards, and ensuring operational compliance. Reporting to the District Director of Operations.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work with various systems; Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; Must be at least 18 years of age; Background check required; Ability to meet physical demands of the position
