Position: General Manager
About: The hotel is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of property management and hotel operations, including guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finances, team building, and staff development. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and outstanding leadership abilities, with a focus on delegation, organization, and priority setting aligned with hotel objectives and company mission statement.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or Business Administration preferred; Certified Hospitality Administrator designation preferred; minimum 4 years of work experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional appearance and presentation; vocational education, apprentice training, on-the-job training, and essential experience required; computer skills: MS Office, Yield Management Systems, Property Management System (PMS) programs, Central Reservation System programs, Payroll programs, Company-issued internet browser programs, Company-issued electronic mail programs; strong reasoning ability and management skills; ability to work effectively in a stressful environment and adapt to changing priorities; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to perform various tasks including lifting weights up to 30 lbs
