Position: General Manager
About: The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, a leading retailer of financial services to unbanked and underbanked consumers, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success and team performance. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, the General Manager will champion store security, enforce quality standards, and drive revenue growth through strategic marketing efforts.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work with point of sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other applications; Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); Background check required; Ability to meet physical demands of the position
