Position: General Manager
About: Hotel Hermosa is actively seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager who is passionate about bringing positive energy to the workplace. Our General Managers understand the value of developing a team to work towards their full potential to deliver an amazing guest experience. The ideal General Manager is entrepreneurial, motivated, and able to execute operational strategies in a unique boutique property for our valued guests. The General Manager will be a ‘hands-on’ leader and have the intrinsic desire to meet the needs of our guests and team members.
Requirements: At least 5-7 years’ experience as a General Manager within hotel operations demonstrating progressive career path responsibilities; Boutique experience preferred
