About: Skyline Chili, a renowned restaurant overlooking the skyline of Cincinnati, Ohio, since 1949, is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead and develop strong teams in a positive and uplifting guest service environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry; strong knowledge of operational management, financial results, safety and security, hospitality, quality, service, and cleanliness; ability to train, develop, and supervise restaurant team members effectively
