Position: General Manager
About: Jack’s Family Restaurants is a family-friendly company known for its delicious southern foods and warm hospitality. As a General Manager at Jack’s, you’ll have ownership of a single store, leading your team to meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards while ensuring the store’s success in sales, customer service, and operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in restaurant management; strong leadership skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and work 50-55 hours a week; effective conflict resolution and business acumen, including P&L management and food safety certification
