Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee the success of their store and team, setting high standards for performance and customer service. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, the General Manager will lead marketing efforts, ensure store security, enforce quality standards, and foster growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle; at least 18 years of age; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
