Position: General Manager
About: TitleMax® is one of the nation’s largest title lending companies helping thousands of people every day get the cash they need through title loans/pawns and now in select states, with personal loans. Since our first store opened in 1998, TitleMax® has expanded to over 900 locations spanning 14 states.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; At least two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries; Operations experience in a leadership capacity; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Valid and current driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated); Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); Background check required (subject to applicable law); Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to move about inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
