Position: General Manager
About: Solé Miami is a recently renovated, full-service hotel featuring 222 guestrooms and condos, home to the popular BALEENkitchen, a bar, beach access, and pool service, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts collection of unique hotels across the USA. We are seeking a General Manager to join our Sunny Isles staff.
Requirements: Currently a General Manager at a similar size and style hotel/resort generating $12M in annual revenue from multiple revenue streams; experience in a complex Food and Beverage operation; positive energy for team guidance; ability to drive positive change in hotel positioning, service, program activation, and financial management; strong communication skills with ownership and corporate office.
